*SALON POLICIES*

  • We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services. Once you walk out of the salon you have accepted and are happy with the service and final look of your service provided to you.
  • In the event that you are unsatisfied you must let us know at the time of the appointment/service and we will fix it at no cost to you. NOTE not all techs have the same experience, speed or ability for certain designs or services. So, it may take some techs longer to complete services or fix issues.
  • We will fix a broken or chipped nail within 5 days of original service beyond 5 days you will be charged the full price of a nail repair per nail.  
  • We have a RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, previous no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate. 
  • We will not offer any refund or discount because you simply changed your mind, you will be charged for any service put on or done to you.  
  • WE REQUIRE 48HR NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  • NO-SHOW FEE OF 50% WILL BE YOUR CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE FOR CANCELLING WITHIN 48HRS OR NO CALL NO SHOW 
  • NO-SHOW FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO RE-BOOKING IF NO CARD ON FILE!
  • 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, ANYTHING PAST THAT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A STANDARD LATE FEE OF $15 OR CANCELLATION OF THE APPOINTMENT.
